At Autofric, we see it as an advantage to get involved early in the projects. We like to work closely with our customers and can, through experience and understanding of the function of the end product, contribute to the design work, from idea to finished product. The goal is obvious. We want to develop products that really work and that, through their design, contribute to the best possible production economy.
We work quickly and smoothly with modern CAD equipment in software such as Solid Works, Inventor, IGEMS, and AutoCad.
3D design can be used for preparation in our CNC machines. The customer's drawings are used to manufacture our laser and water-cutting lines and calculate the correct K-factor for edge pressing.
Involvement in design work also allows us to make production adjustments that reduce manufacturing costs and optimize production economics.
