Last Friday, Berner Industrier acquired 100 percent of the shares in Autofric AB. This marks our entry into a strong and long-term industrial group that fully shares our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable development.
Becoming part of Berner Industrier gives us greater strength and improved capabilities to continue the growth journey we have already begun. With the group's resources behind us, we can expand our offering with new innovative products and explore exciting new markets.

Berner Industrier is a Nordic industrial group focused on sustainable technology. The company was founded in 1897 and has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's main market since 2017.
