Self-developed machines for wastewater treatment plants marked Autofric's entry into the water industry

Autofric has been manufacturing machines for wastewater treatment plants since the end of the 80s, a period that marks the start of the company's strong link with the water industry. In the early 90s, a strategic decision was taken to expand the product portfolio by including screws in the supplies for wastewater treatment plant presses. However, at that time, there was a lack of machines on the market, so Autofric decided to develop and build its own machines.

The development of a working machine was no easy task and spanned several years of research and testing. In 1995, after many years of hard work and dedication, Autofric's first in-house designed machine was completed and ready for use. The end result proved to be very successful and the self-developed machines are still in use today.

This milestone marks not only a technical achievement but also an important step for the company in establishing itself as a reliable supplier of complete solutions for wastewater treatment plant presses.
