Screw press ADP

Autofric ADP is used for dewatering sludge or industrial products with higher incoming TS content. ADP has been developed to meet industrial application requirements both in production and in the dewatering of residues and sludge.

The Autofric ADP is fed by a screw conveyor, belt conveyor, or from a chute. The material to be dewatered is often more solid in consistency.

Applications that have been tested include polyester fiber, food, seaweed, and sewage sludge, but there are many more potential uses where dewatering may be desirable (e.g., industrial waste or hazardous waste from slaughterhouses).

The Autofric ADP has several distinctive features that set it apart from other screw presses on the market.

Alternative models have bearings that the spiral wears against, which makes self-cleaning impossible as the spiral is too far from the surface to be cleaned. The design contributes to high wear and tear on the spiral and the bearing, which makes continuous operation more difficult and expensive.

Product sheet ADP

ADP is available in 2 sizes - ADP 25 and ADP 50. The size versions differ in some aspects of appearance and capacity.

Conicity and pitch can be adapted to the material to be dewatered.

Sizes

  • ADP 25 < 1-1.5 m3/h
  • ADP 50 < 3-7 m3/h

Applications

  • Primary sludge
  • Fiber
  • Industrial waste/residues
